Library book carriers
Our Library Book Carrier service have enjoyed phenomenal success since its
launch in 1997. Dundee City Council were the first local authority to benefit from this
free-of-charge service and we continue to supply many local authority librarIes
throughout the UK with our biodegradable Library Book Carriers.
Libraries are provided with up to 50,000 personalised Library Book Carriers per annum, on a continuous supply basis if required, at no cost to the libraries.
Although designed to protect the books when in transit to and from the libraries, it has been agreed as these carriers will be seen circulating throughout the community, they should aslo be used as a vehicle to create more awareness of key council services, support organisations, service providers and job training opportunities available to the community living within your council area.
Our team of skilled telesales staff working from our offices here in Fife, Scotland,
research each area for suitable sponsors which will include service providers and
support organisations. These organisations are then contacted and offered the
opportunity of having their message delivered into the local community via the
libraries.
